Jason has more than 13 years of experience driving large-scale information technology (IT) and management consulting projects on behalf of government agencies, life science companies, leading consulting firms, and nonprofit organizations. Jason leverages cross-industry IT consulting and data expertise to help clients survive and thrive in an era of digital disruption. As a Partner, he works closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to apply industry leading practices that achieve business-focused outcomes and mission objectives through strategy development, data-driven performance management, organization redesign efforts, and assessment and implementation activities. In addition to his extensive experience, Jason possesses certifications including a PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Scrum and Agile SAFe. He is a skilled program manager and a subject matter expert (SME) on strategy, innovation, and portfolio management, highly sought after by customers with large, complex portfolios. Jason possesses BA and a BS (Magna Cum Lauda), MA, and PhD degrees and has published research on topics ranging from economic development and innovation to healthcare policy and the role of social networks in driving public policy changes.

Prior to founding WYS Strategies, Jason helped clients maximize the value of their critical data assets at Deloitte Consulting LLP, IMS Health (now IQVIA), and Resigility LLC. As a consultant, Jason led the development of a medical innovation portfolio consisting of genomics and nanotechnology projects and implemented data governance and master data management assessment and implementation services for clients such as Lupin Pharmaceuticals and the College Board. Jason also served as the lead Data Governance consultant for the Management Information Systems Offices (MISO) at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), where he led a data governance maturity assessment, development and implementation of a customized data governance operating model. Jason has served as digital transformation advisor and strategy consultant for various programs at the CDC for the last six and half years.
